I had a lovely stay at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island Cancun for four nights with my friends. We received a warm welcome with cocktails upon arrival, and the check-in was super smooth. While the breakfast offered a good variety, it left something to be desired for my vegan diet. The evenings had engaging activities with great music that didn't disturb our rooms, but some aspects like slow service at restaurants could use improvement.
